Securing your future
Selling your home and renting it back is a big decision and one you should only make when you're ready. That's why we don't pressurise our customers and we don't insist on time limits – though we can move very quickly if that's what suits you.
You're welcome to ring us and discuss your individual circumstances. We've dealt with all kinds of issues before, so don't be shy! We'll take a few details about your property and arrange for Richard or Brian to visit when it suits you.
Our visit
When we come to see your home we'd like to look around and we will answer any questions you have about how things work. We buy many different kinds of property in varying states of repair. The majority of our clients sell their house and rent it back from us.
Occasionally we have made agreements to that allow our clients to sell their home, rent it back and have an option to buy their home back again at a later date.
The survey
Whatever you want to do, if you decide to go ahead we will arrange for a surveyor to value your property. We only use bank-approved surveyors so you can be sure that they are professional and unbiased. The surveyor will come as soon as you like.
Once we have the surveyor's report we will ring and tell you what we can offer and answer any further questions. If you want to sell your house and rent it back, we will give you a schedule of rent for two years. After that we provide details of how rent will be charged - all rises are calculated according to inflation.
Rent
We never charge more than market rent and because we're investors, not speculators, we personally guarantee that as long as your rent is paid and the terms of the lease adhered to, you can stay in your home as long as you like.
