We pride ourselves on the speed with which we can buy your home – there really is no need to wait around and endure the uncertainty. With A Need to Sell we regularly conclude missives very quickly and take only 4-6 weeks to complete the sale.
What if there are problems?
Sometimes there are legal difficulties with deeds or family situations. These can slow things down, but we promise that on our side of things we'll do our best to give you the benefit of our experience and keep things moving as quickly as we can.
What if I haven't got 4 – 6 weeks?
That depends on why! Many creditors, however, are happy to wait more time to receive their money when they know that your house has been sold and there will definitely be funds available.
In the case of repossessions, for example, we can stop proceedings in a matter of hours.
